The actual scope of delivery depends on the customer-specific configuration, the number of care recipients, the area structure, and the agreed infrastructure components.
Before initial installation, it should be verified that the following requirements are met:

Compatible absorbent incontinence products included in the care concept

Suitable mobile devices and workstation systems

The network and wireless coverage intended for operation
Missing, damaged, or additionally required hardware components can be ordered or supplemented through the designated service and support channels.
Compatible incontinence products are provided by the customer in accordance with the respective care concept and are not part of the standard alea scope of delivery.
