Provision, Installation, and Expansion

Description

Initial Setup

Delivery and initial installation are performed by the manufacturer, an authorized partner, or, if agreed, by the care facility itself.

Configuration

Component placement, system configuration, and user roles are defined according to the care context and room layout.

Subsequent Installation

Expansion for additional care recipients, room changes, or new areas is achieved by adding compatible hardware components.

Replacement

Defective components or additional required components can be replaced or added without modifying the overall system.

Notes on Scope of Delivery and Accessories

The actual scope of delivery depends on the customer-specific configuration, the number of care recipients, the area structure, and the agreed infrastructure components.

Before initial installation, it should be verified that the following requirements are met:

  • The required number of alea Clips and alea Docks

  • The necessary USB-C charging and connection cables

  • alea Router components, where required

  • Compatible absorbent incontinence products included in the care concept

  • Suitable mobile devices and workstation systems

  • The network and wireless coverage intended for operation

Missing, damaged, or additionally required hardware components can be ordered or supplemented through the designated service and support channels.

Compatible incontinence products are provided by the customer in accordance with the respective care concept and are not part of the standard alea scope of delivery.
