AssistMe provides the initial alea Cockpit access to the designated primary contact person or the responsible person appointed by the operator.

Additional users can be added and managed within the alea Cockpit by authorized users.
Delivery Status

Upon delivery, the designated system components are prepared according to the agreed operator and facility configuration.

Within the alea Cockpit, care recipients are assigned to the designated hardware components (e.g., Dock, Clip). Changes, replacement assignments, or new assignments are displayed accordingly in the alea App.

alea Clips can be reassigned simply by inserting them into an alea Dock. This enables a clear assignment of the respective care recipient when using the alea Clip with the intended incontinence product.

Initial training regarding the intended use of the system is provided by AssistMe, authorized partners, or the responsible organizational unit, depending on the operator context. In addition, digital instructions in text, image, and video format are available for intended use and refresher training.
Note
Depending on the configuration, multiple active Clips may be assigned to a single care recipient. In the event of replacement or loss, reassignment is performed using the designated hardware assignment pr ocess.
