The alea Clip in Daily Use

  • The alea Clip is a key hardware component for daily use within the intended care environment.

  • For proper operation, particular attention must be paid to correctly attaching and closing the alea Clip to the designated compatible incontinence product or intended sensor component.

Instructions for Use

  • Remove the alea Clip from the alea Dock once it is ready for use.

  • Insert the designated sensor component or the sensor area of the alea Clip into the intended receiving position of the compatible incontinence product.

  • Close the alea Clip by gently pressing the two halves together until it audibly and noticeably clicks into place.

  • Then verify the status indication in accordance with Section 2.5 and the status and LED indications described in these Instructions for Use.

  • Continue with the intended change of the compatible incontinence product according to the established care procedures.
